Because many of our products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges due to selecting the wrong size, color, or simply changing your mind.

We Will Replace If:

• Your item arrives damaged.

• Your item arrives defective.

• You receive the wrong item.

• There is a printing or manufacturing error.

If you experience any of these issues, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos of the product and packaging

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

All sales are final.

Because our merchandise is custom-made specifically for each order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or offer refunds.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase, including your selected size, color, quantity, and shipping information.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if production has not yet begun. Once an order has entered production, it cannot be canceled or modified.

Processing Time

Most merchandise orders are processed within 5–7 business days before shipping. Processing times may vary during holidays, promotions, or periods of high order volume.

Shipping

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Most domestic orders arrive within 5–10 business days after processing.

Please note that shipping carriers may experience delays that are beyond our control.

Shipping Address

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. Jehovah Jireh Angels is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us within 10 days of the expected delivery date at:
